---This apartment has a 24hr superintendent in the bld,a part time
doorman, elevator and basement where one can do laundry.

---- The room is in the living room however, there is a screen that
provides privacy.

---The room is huge, lots of sunlight,there are large bed,2 closet,1
chest, tv table, standing light.

---Rent is $1085/month (Internet,cable,are included)

----Utility is depend on month.It's usually each person $35~50/mo

 I'd like you to pay 1mo rent plus the deposit is one month's
rent,total $2170 before move in.
